Having gained experience over the years as in-house lawyer in the transport and industry sector, then in contentious matters working for Luxembourg law firms specialising in litigation, Jean-Philippe helps clients of the firm, both companies and individuals, to resolve their legal issues.
Jean-Philippe has extensive experience in court proceedings. He represents clients before all the courts in Luxembourg.
In property law matters, Jean-Philippe drafts tenancy agreements, commercial leases and subleases and advises on the interpretation of their clauses and terms of renewal. He also gives legal assistance to clients facing construction issues, in particular technical expertise, relations with neighbours and the implementation of guaranties.
In civil law, he advises clients on civil liability, whether they are the victims or perpetrators of damage. He also handles questions relating to inheritance, particularly in a cross-border context.
Jean-Philippe holds an advanced studies diploma in community law (‘D.E.A.’) from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
